Use a mod manager since the mod has an install script
Usage
The knife is in Raider leveled lists and is integrated into AWKCR so you can craft the weapon at a crafting work bench or use the console.
Press the ~ key
Type help knife 4
Find WEAP: (########) 'Survivor Knife'
Then type player.additem ######## 1
