Causes PC to lag and have to manually restart pc with the female head redux mod

I'm trying to install the head mod on my vortex manager the other mods from here are fine but the head goes to 100% and stays there for a very long time than it lags my pc where I can't click anything and have to go to my computer tower and hold down to restart my computer. done this twice now.
