When I downloaded the mod it works all good no issues so far. When you load into Vortex The clothing patches do not patch for the android race I do not know if this is just me but if not I would like to let you know I believe the patches are bugged.

So I wasn't familiar with the Pampas patch so I searched on the Discord and it looks like this was a known issue with the patch.
But Trophiehunter updated the Ikaros mod page so if you look there you will find a pdf for getting cloths and armor to work with the Ikaros body properly. (its not that detailed sadly) Looks like you need to do some messing around with creation kit. I haven't done this myself so it looks like yourself how to use some new tools.
