So I wasn't familiar with the Pampas patch so I searched on the Discord and it looks like this was a known issue with the patch. But Trophiehunter updated the Ikaros mod page so if you look there you will find a pdf for getting cloths and armor to work with the Ikaros body properly. (its not that detailed sadly) Looks like you need to do some messing around with creation kit. I haven't done this myself so it looks like yourself how to use some new tools.

I will need a lot more details if I am going to be able to give you any detailed troubleshooting advice. Make sure the IKaros is loads first, than the clothing mod, than the patch last afterwards, use body slide to have the cloths fit the shape of your body. If this is for vanilla cloths patch... well... that patch never worked right for me when I tried it.
